DD is the best! My most recent property purchase was far more complicated, and DD explored all possibilities to help get us to close. We talked to 35 different lenders, and, in the long run, a commercial loan was the right choice, even though the property had been historically used residentially. The property had been listed residentially initially, which complicated the situation. DD's resources really helped kind of narrow things down. Her varied network of connections really helped determine what the best financing situation was for us.
