Welcome To Denver

CITY LIVING, MOUNTAIN ACCESS, AND A NEIGHBORHOOD FOR EVERY KIND OF DENVER DAY.

Things To Do

MEOW WOLF: CONVERGENCE STATION

Step into another universe at Meow Wolf’s Convergence Station, an immersive art experience filled with more than 70 rooms of interactive installations, hidden passageways and surreal environments. Wander through four converged worlds, follow the underlying mystery if you want, or simply get lost in the art created with more than 110 local collaborating artists. It’s weird, wildly creative and unlike a traditional museum experience.

DENVER BOTANIC GARDENS

A peaceful escape in the middle of the city, Denver Botanic Gardens spans 24 acres at its York Street location with gardens and plant collections inspired by landscapes from Colorado and around the world. Wander through everything from arid Western gardens to internationally inspired spaces, then stop into the art galleries or Science Pyramid along the way. It’s an easy place to spend an hour or an entire afternoon.

DENVER COMEDY UNDERGROUND

For a night out that feels a little more local, Denver Comedy Underground brings stand-up into an intimate setting with a rotating lineup of touring and local comics. The club hosts regular weekend shows along with open mics and other comedy events — and, unusually for a comedy club, there's no two-item minimum. Most regular shows even come with free pizza.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN ARSENAL NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE

Just 10 miles northeast of downtown Denver, Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge feels surprisingly far removed from the city. The free refuge is home to bison, deer, prairie dogs, coyotes, raptors and other wildlife, with 20 miles of easy hiking trails and an 11-mile self-guided Wildlife Drive. If you're short on time, the drive takes about 45–60 minutes and is one of the easiest ways to experience Colorado wildlife without heading deep into the mountains.

F1® ARCADE DENVER

Bringing the thrill of Formula 1 to RiNo, F1® Arcade combines high-tech racing simulators with food, cocktails and a lively social atmosphere. Race head-to-head with friends on some of the world’s most iconic F1 circuits, no racing experience required, then stick around for drinks, bites or a Grand Prix watch party. It’s part competition, part night out and a fun way to experience a little Formula 1 energy without leaving Denver.
